From 7 Jan 24, Level 3’s enex Food Podium and Commercial Tower Access will close, altering your route via Hay St Mall.

Enter from Hay St Mall, proceed through the centre and down to Level 1 (near Woolworths)
Proceed to St Georges Terrace and enter 100 St Georges Tce through the main entrance

We’re currently undergoing construction

100 St Georges Terrace and its adjoining retail precinct, enex, will soon be transformed to a mixed-use space with added functional amenities and state-of-the-art design to deliver a one-of-a-kind CBD experience.

To make way for Perth’s first urban commercial village, there will be some changes to your precinct experience. This will include the closure of the level three retail floor in our adjoining enex centre from 7 January 2024
